First Look: Orlando hotter than ever!
Pec-celllent! Bloom show off his killer shape in his upcoming movie Kingdom of Heaven (out May 6)
Orlando's body is in bloom! For his role in the historical epic Kingdom of Heaven (set in the Middle Ages), the formely boyish - and recently single! - actor bulked up. "He gained 15 pounds of muscles," a production source said. "He worked with a trainer for six months. It was a lot of weights - he worked arduously to put on that kind of muscle mass." Bloom's exercise habits? He likes to slik ropes for cardio," his trainer, Harley Pasternak, author of 5-Factor Fitness tell Us. "Orlando is a very fit." It sure looks that way to Us!
